Helen Stutt

Helen Jean Stutt, the daughter of Alfred August and Mabel Belva (Filmer) Stutt, was born on February 5, 1931, on a farm near Creston, Iowa. Helen entered eternal rest on July 13, 2016 at Creston Specialty Care, Creston, Iowa at the age of eighty-five years, five months, and eight days.
Helen graduated from Orient High School with the Class of 1948. Helen moved to Denver, Colorado shorty after graduation, and she worked for many years for Safeco Insurance Company as the Personnel Manager. Helen also lived in Des Moines, Iowa until moving to Creston in 2015. Helen never married and was a very private person during life.
Left to cherish Helen’s memory is her sister, Marilyn (Wes) Geidel, Creston; her nephews: Doug (Becky) Geidel, Creston; and Greg Geidel, Sarasota, Florida; and her great-nephews: Justin, Brady and Galen Geidel.
Preceding Helen in death were her parents, her brother, Robert “Bob” Stutt; and her sister-in-law, Irene Stutt.
