Anna Louise Sullivan, the daughter of Prince and Hallie Bly (Kinnard) Gorman, was born on December 30, 1927, at Thayer, Iowa. Anna entered eternal rest on May 26, 2009, at Greater Regional Medical Center, Creston, Iowa, at the age of eighty-one years, four months, and twenty-eight days.
Anna graduated from Afton High School with the Class of 1946. On February 6, 1947, she married Vincent Edward Sullivan at Creston, Iowa. Anna has lived in Creston and the Union County area since 1947. Anna was a homemaker and worked for various places in Creston. Anna was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and Catholic Daughters of America.
Left to cherish Annas memory are her children: Andrea Prescott, Creston; Steve (Kathy) Sullivan, Pleasant Hill, IA; her Two Grandchildren: Samantha (Kyle) Krantz, Creston and Leigh (Squire) Smith, Creston; her Two Great-Grandchildren: Cole and Camden Smith, Creston; her sisters: Trudy Winter, San Francisco, CA; and Peggy Cheers, Wisconsin; her Sister-in-Law: Cecelia Critchfield, Des Moines; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Preceding Anna in death were her Parents; her Husband, Vincent in 2003; Infant Son, Mark; One Brother; and Six Sisters.
