Hazel Stewart

Hazel Stewart was born to Elsie Agnes (Skinner) and Joe Franklin Estes on December 13, 1908, in Richardson County, Nebraska. Hazel entered eternal rest on January 12, 2006, at Crest Haven Care Centre, at the age of ninety-seven years, and thirty days.
Hazel lived in the Shubert, Nebraska, area most of her life until moving to Creston. Hazel married Elmer Stewart on December 11, 1940, in Falls City, Nebraska. Elmer passed away June 9, 1966. She has lived in the Creston area for about thirty-two years. Hazel was a homemaker and a farm wife.
Left to mourn Hazels passing are her sister: Lois Palmer, Creston; Numerous nieces and nephews, including Niece: Jeanette (husband Marion) Page, Shannon City; other relatives; special friends: Neta Russell, Sharon and Maxine Huntington; and all her friends at Crest Haven Care Centre.
Preceding Hazel in death were her Parents; Husband Elmer in 1966; Brother: Byron Estes; Sisters: Helen Windle, Fern Cummings, Frieda Miller; Infant Brothers: Donny and Dale Estes; Infant Sister: Wilma Estes; Nephews: Bill Page, Doug Burns, Carl Estes, Gerald Estes, and (Infant Nephew) Lynn Edward Windle; and special friend: Florence Eggman.
