Linda L Hardisty

Linda L. Hardisty, daughter of James Edward Yearington and Hazel Irene (Bohanan) Yearington was born on January 5, 1948 in Creston, Iowa. She entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Corning Nursing and Rehab Center, Corning, Iowa at the age of 66 years 4 months and 22 days.
Linda graduated from Prescott Community High School with the class of 1966. She married Eugene Hardisty in 1966 and they were later divorced. Linda worked in the printing department of a bank in Syracruse, New York for 20 years; worked at Corning Nursing and Rehab Center as a nurses aid for 6 years and most recently drove a truck over the road for Expedited Freight.
Left to cherish Lindas memory are her sister: Ruth (Russ) Stuedle of Otterville, Missouri; soul mate John Fister of Corning, Iowa; one niece; one nephew; two great nieces and one great nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
