Michelle “Chelle” Dianne Casteel was born to Sandra Sue (Williamson) and Harold Wayne Casteel, Jr. on June 14, 1969, in Creston, Iowa. Chelle entered eternal rest on July 3, 2006, at Alegent Health Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa, at the age of thirty-seven years, and nineteen days.
Chelle grew up in Creston and attended Creston School until the 4th grade when her family moved to Diagonal. She graduated from Diagonal High School with the class of 1988. After her graduation, she returned to Creston. On June 18, 1993, Chelle married Kent Adamson in Afton, Iowa. They later divorced.
Chelles first job was working for Heat Tech in Afton. She later worked for Nancys Redemption Center, worked as a nurse aide for Country Haven in Corning, and was employed at Bunn-o-matic for three and one half years. As a young girl, Chelle attended the Assembly of God Church in Creston.
Preceding Chelle in death were her grandfather, John Williamson; Grandparents: Frankie and Pug Wilson; Grandfather: Harold Casteel, Sr.; and her great-grandparents.
Left to mourn Chelles passing are her children: Son: Aaron Michael Paul Cheers, Creston; Daughter: CeLoane Jean Michelle Cheers, Creston; Son: Kruz Merrill Keith Adamson, Creston; Mother: Sandee Casteel, New Market, IA; Father: Butch (wife Jeannie) Casteel, Carter Lake, IA; Stepmother: Bonnie Casteel, Carter Lake, IA; Grandmother: Jean Williamson, Creston; Brothers: Rocky (wife Kim) Casteel, New Market, IA; Cory (wife Jessica) Casteel, Shenandoah, IA; Sister: Shawna Casteel, Creston; Half Brothers: Joker (wife Stephanie) Casteel, Beatrice, NE; Jinx Casteel, Council Bluffs, IA; Mike Ribbey, Blanchard, IA; Step Brothers: Bill (wife Shawna) Boberg, Ft.
