Rob Ratcliff

Robert Daniel Ratcliff, the son of Robert Vernon Ratcliff and Sharon Kay (Bubb) Kessler, was born on August 24, 1973, at Chariton, Iowa. Rob entered eternal rest on August 17, 2010, at the Bright Kavanagh House, Des Moines, Iowa, at the age of thirty-six years, eleven months and twenty-four days.
Rob lived most of his life in Creston. Rob graduated from Creston High School with the Class of 1992 and he attended SWCC for one year. Rob worked as a maintenance technician at Southwestern Community College in Creston for over eleven years.
Rob was a devout follower of the UFC Fighter Organization. He loved his family and friends and was in the process of restoring his 1969 Camaro. He was also a big fan of the KISS Rock Band.
Left to cherish Robs memory are his mother: Sharon Kessler, Runnells, Iowa, formerly of Creston; his sisters: Virnita (husband Jeff) Scott, Altoona; and Shawna Kenworthy (and special friend, Ron Meath), Des Moines; his brother-in-law: Mike Kenworthy, Runnells, Iowa; four nieces; two nephews; five great-nieces; two great-nephews; and his beloved pets, King and Odin.
Preceding Rob in death were his sister: Vicki Bubb; his grandparents; and 2 great-nephews.
