Robert “Bob” Junior Watts was born to Floy (Kimball) and Lon Watts on September 27, 1921, in Mount Ayr, Iowa. Bob entered eternal rest on July 18, 2006, at Greater Regional Medical Center, Creston, Iowa, at the age of eighty-four years, nine months, and twenty-one days.
Bob graduated from Benton High School with the Class of 1939. He attended one year of college at Grand Island, Nebraska. Bob married Jacqueline Reddick who passed away in 1995. On December 27, 1996, he married Doris Ann Moore in Tatum, Texas.
Bob was a brick layer and independent contractor for fifty years. He lived in Tatum, Texas, for over forty years. He has lived in Creston for three years. He also helped his brother, D.C. Watts in Creston.
Left to mourn Bobs passing are his wife: Doris Watts, Creston; his daughter: Michelle (husband Fred) Ray, Bridgeport, TX; two stepdaughters: Debbie (husband Randy) ONeall, Creston and Patricia Burnett, Fort Worth, TX; Four Grandchildren; Three Step-Grandchildren; and Several Step-Great-Grandchildren; his sister: Phylis Netherton, Ukiah, CA; and his Sister-In-Law: Roxie Watts, Texas.
Preceding Bob in death were his parents; his first wife, Jacqueline, in 1995; daughter: Sharon Kay Watts; son: Robin Ray Watts; two brothers: D. C. and Lonnie Watts; and two sisters: Maxine Campbell and Marilyn Bird.
