Robert Leroy Jolliffe was born to Frances (Shoemaker) and Thomas Jefferson Jolliffe on June 5, 1930, in Moberly, Missouri. Robert entered eternal rest on May 8, 2006,at his home in Creston, Iowa, at the age of seventy-five years, eleven months, and three days.
Robert lived in Moberly, MO during his childhood. On July 31, 1964, he married Angeline May Hooten in Elko, Nevada. He worked part-time for a short time on the railroad in Elko, Nevada.
Robert has lived in Creston for more than forty years. He worked for the city of Creston on a garbage route for fifteen years. Robert enjoyed listening to country music.
Left to mourn Roberts passing are his wife: Angie Jolliffee, Creston; his sisters-in-law: Jean Rogers, Creston; Opal (Gene) Layman, Ft. Calhoun, NE; Pearl (Dick) Lenon, Converse, IN; Joyce (Carroll) Hayes, Atlantic, IA; June Phillips, New Virginia, IA; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives
Preceding Robert in death are his parents: half-brother: John Mefford; Infant Sister; Brothers-In-Law: Hal Rogers and Bob Phillips.
