Bonnie Bell (Hunter) Mccaulley

Bonnie Bell McCaulley, the daughter of Frank and Mary C. (Piatt) Hunter, was born on April 12, 1918, at Pacific Junction, Iowa. Bonnie entered eternal rest on November 30, 2009, at Syracuse Good Samaritan Center, Syracuse, Nebraska, at the age of ninety-one years, seven months and twelve days.
Bonnie married Joseph R. Evans during World War II and they later divorced. Bonnie later married Donald Keith McCaulley.
Bonnie owned and operated the Railroad Cafe in Pacific Junction, Iowa. She moved from Pacific Junction to Kent; then moved to Creston in 1968 and lived there for many years. Her husband Donald was an Engineer for Burlington Northern Railroad until his retirement; Bonnie was a homemaker after they moved to Creston. Bonnie has been living at the Good Samaritan Center in Syracuse, Nebraska since 2006.
Bonnie was an active member of Assembly of God Church in Creston and taught Sunday School. She also taught Sunday School and was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Excelsior Springs, MO for about fifteen years while they lived there.
Left to cherish Bonnies memory are her husband: Donald McCaulley, Syracuse, NE; her Son: Joe (wife Jessica) Evans, Manley, NE; her Daughter: Jennifer “Mary” (husband Jim) Hutton, Choctaw, OK; her three grandchildren: Shannon and Jessica Hutton; and Joe Evans III; one great-grandson: Heath Robert Evans; her brothers: Harry (wife Barb) Hunter; Council Bluffs, IA; Jack (wife Phyllis) Hunter; Colorado; Jay (wife Myrna) Hunter, Suffolk, VA; her sister-in-law: Jane Hunter, Pacific Junction, IA; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Preceding Bonnie in death were her parents; Nine Brothers and Sisters; her Grandson: Matthew Hutton; her Daughter: Kaye Evans; and her Son: Donald Keith McCaulley, Jr.
