Sandra Balch

Sandra K. Balch, 78 of Creston, Iowa formerly of Denver, Colorado passed away at home on Friday, August 16, 2024. No local services are planned and Sandra was cremated.  Sandra Kaye Balch was born October 3, 1945 in Denver, Colorado the daughter of Charles Ralph and Esther Charlott (Cummings) Wilson. Sandra was raised in the Denver area and lived the majority of her life there. As an adult, Sandra worked for the Department of Human Service as an Office Service Coordinator in Littleton, Colorado. Sandra moved to Creston after her retirement in 2016 to be close to her best friend, Rosalie McComb of Creston.

 Preceding Sandra in death was her parents; her 2 sons: Chuck and Randy Balch; and her siblings: Bobby, Carol and John Wilson. She is survived by her 5 grandchildren: Ayla (Joshua) Somers of Denver, Colorado; Nicole Balch of Glendive, Montana; Travis Balch (significant other, Jacque Somers) of Denver, Colorado; Andrew Balch of Centennial, Colorado; and Charlotte Balch of Oceanside, California. Sandra is also survived by her best friend, Rosalie (Tim) McComb of Creston, Iowa. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
