I moved to Creston 43 years ago and one of the first people I met was Ed Harvey and he turned out to be one of the most influential people in my adult life. Ed was a very intelligent person who was one of the most caring and devoted human beingsthat I have had the privilege to know. I admired his patience and humility yet at the same time he could put his foot in the ground to represent his or his client's position. Ed was a very rare person in thiis "ME" world of today , I will cherish his memory and friendship so long as I live. A life well lived and a job well done!

Deepest condolences to the Harvey family at this difficult time. Ed and my dad practiced law together for many years. I knew Ed as a soft spoken and kind soul. I’ll always remember seeing and talking with Ed at the law office during my youth, and seeing the Harvey family together in church on Sunday. I last saw and spoke with Ed at my mom’s funeral last August. He will be missed.
