Mrs Abbott had the brightest smile and most giving heart my children were blessed to have her for a teacher one of my sons delibertly tried to not pass 2nd grade to spend another year with Mrs Abbott..she had a amazing way of making each child feel special and love learning.as the years passed and my children grew I would see Mrs Abbott at garage sales she always had a hug and smile and asked about my boys..anyone who had mrs abbott as a teacher or a friend was truly blessed..few people in life spread the sunshine like she could.when one of my sons was in hosital mrs abbott would stop out every night on her way home bring his homework and work with him on his reading she truly went the extra mile as a teacher..my sincere symapathies and prayers to her family..she is a angel and will always be near..
