My condolences to the family in this time of adjustment to the death of Bill. As with almost everyone who met him, I have stories. :) My father bought my first car from Bill. Before I was allowed in the car, a cousin's husband drove the car and then Bill drove the car with me, talking to me about the car, what to do and not do, etc. Finally, I was allowed to drive the car. I bought my next two cars from him. After leaving Creston, when I returned for visits while my dad was still alive, Bill would see me and have to "check out" whatever car I had at the time. We shared an interest in bowling and once he helped me to find a sponsor for the team I was on. We shared conversation about many things. Even though I had not seen Bill in years, I remember his kindness, and his protectiveness.

To the whole Stuart family, When I think of Bill I will smile. He always had a smile and sometimes a joke to share that could brighten anyone's day. Bill always treated me with fairness each and every time I purchased a car from him over the years and always, always asked about my family and my mother. He was an honest man and a good caring friend. Cherish all of your wonderful memories to help you through this trying time. God bless: Debbie Angelo and family

I stopped in at Hi-Crest several months ago looking for a car for my son. Bill was very kind, asked me a few questions about myself and what I was looking for. I am a teacher and had Will, Jake and Johnny as my students. I watched Tyson play soccer with my own son, so Bill and I had plenty to talk about! What really struck me was a few days later. Bill called me. He told me up front that he wasn’t calling about the car. He had put together who my dad was and wanted to tell me how much he liked my dad. He told me about some cool car that my dad had back in the day. It was such a kind gesture, to call me just to talk about my dad. Made me feel great. I will never forget it. I didn’t know Bill, but I bet he never met a stranger! My deepest sympathy to family and friends. Take care of one another.

To Mrs. Stuart and all of her family, I could write a book about Bill. I truly believe that he would have helped me out in any way that I asked. And he DID help me out of some predicaments. He was so sincere and treated me like family. I saw him interact with so many others and he would treat them just as well. I will never forget Bill who I have known forever. My dad was proud of him, too. He told me on several occassions that Bill built that business up from scratch and look at it now. He had a dream of what he wanted and he worked hard and GOT THERE!! R.I.P. Mr. Stuart and know that you are loved by so many!
